Agreement between User and ORIENI.COM

Welcome to ORIENI.COM. The ORIENI.COM website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by ORI ENI. ORIENI.COM is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of ORIENI.COM constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

 

ORIENI.COM is an E-Commerce Site.

 

ORI ENI provides online spiritual courses. private coaching sessions, and Spiritual Readings Insight (SRI).

 

Privacy

Your use of ORIENI.COM is subject to ORI ENI’S Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

 

Electronic Communications

Visiting ORIENI.COM or sending emails to ORI ENI constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that ORI ENI is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. ORI ENI and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

 

Children under Thirteen

ORI ENI does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use ORIENI.COM only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel or drop out of the workshop series at any time. Once you have canceled or dropped the workshops, you will not receive any links to videos or to attend future classes. All course and merchandise sales are final. There are no refunds.

 

Absence Policy

If you miss class for any reason, please send us an Absence Alert (AA) email alert (no personal text messages) within 24 hours of the scheduled class. If Ori Eni does not receive your AA within 24 hours of the scheduled class, Ori Eni will assume that you will be in attendance. If an attendee does not send an AA with 24 hours of the absence they will not qualify to receive a CVR.  

 

Ori Eni Course

Our ORI ENI Courses are held online over a 6-week period meeting Saturday mornings at 9 am / 7 am PST.  The material shared in the Ori Eni workshop is the intellectual property of ORI ENI LLC.

 

Once you are enrolled you will receive a link to attend your Ori-Entation. You will receive an email containing the link needed to attend each class thereafter no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Once you are enrolled you will receive a class manual in your email within 48 hours from enrollment. Please see the benefits chart on our “Packages” page for details as to what is included in the package you’ve selected.

 

Class Video Recording (CVR)

Each of the primary class sessions will be recorded. The workbook Wednesday classes are not recorded due to the potential of intimate information shared within the class.

 

Video Review

Each attendee will receive a (CVR) copy of each class recording within 48 hours of the completion of each session. The CVR will only be viewable 3 days from the date that the CVR was emailed to the attendee. The video is not downloadable. The link or the video shall not be shared by the attendee on any media platforms such as any websites, social media platforms, blogs, radio stations, or TV stations. Sharing of any video material will be grounds for immediate termination and removal from any classes with a refund option.
